Hello Phil,
Excellent!
I had a professional floor company person visit. He said the floor has been sanded too many times and the nails are close to the surface.
He recommends, carpet, new floor over old floor, or replace entire floor. So we will put this on the back burner.
Just after the snow storm the oil ran out. I had an oil company doing the delivery and they goofed. I do not know if the pipes frooze, but I turned off the water. I transfered 170 gallons of oil from another tank and got the boiler started. Last check the heat was working and a quick turn on and off of the water resulted in no leaks.
Thanks,
Fred
