[NJARC] BLONDER TONGUE B-9B AUDIO BATON

Please help! Need information (not service data) about a Blonder Tongue  
model B-9B "AUDIO/BATON" Appears to be some sort of graphic equalizer. I believe  
circa 1959. What was this intended for. Being AUDIO related this seems to be a 
 departure from the usual BT VHF/UHF equipment usually attributable to this  
company. Any information would be of help.
