[NJARC] FM on 42.8MC

Hi Rob,

I've been emailing to all the respondents from previous 
broadcasts. WA2XMN got a report from Florida the last time. 
  I probably ought to look for a VHF weenie group on the 
internet, but haven't had time.  Any suggestions.
