[NJARC] New feature on NJARC.ORG

We've added a new feature to club website.

Check out the new Member-to-Member page:

Submit photos of equipment you could use some help identifying or perhaps
a restoration challenge with which you'd like to pick the club's
collective brain. We'll post them on the website and help you get
exposure (and maybe even a few answers!)
