Hello All,
Has anyone in our group ever owned a Lysco 600 "S" variant
transmitter with the clamp tube modulator? I just acquired one that's as close to
factory new as could possibly be, along with a NIB model 400 clamp tube
modulator. The modulator has all of it's associated parts but no instructions. It
appears to be a resonably easy hookup but, there's no instructions on how to
convert the model 600 (CW only) to a 600S (with modulator) in order to key
the plate, etc etc. It came with an escutcheon to add to the front panel and a
rotary switch that came with the modulator from the factory. The model 400
modulator uses a single 6V6.

Any recollection or help in remembering how it was setup would be greatly
appreciated.

As a sidenote, "Lysco" was a New Jersey manufacturer headquatered in
Hoboken, and marketed a line of small transmitters from 1949 to around 1953.

Regards,
            Joe Cro N3IBX
