Hello Louis & Eugene:

With due respect, I'll refer to the "hand made HF rig" as the "W2PLY" since he made it and I'd like to keep him 'active' in this way.

It certainly appears that I've got some heavy project work ahead of me.

I started on the 813 rig-path just weeks ago and now I have the W2PLY.

The two side-by-side gives me the 'chills' since the only time I've seen these kind of things was in QST photos...and that was back in 1963-65.

Since the W2PLY is basically 'all there', it shouldn't take much time to get it together.

The limiting factor is the time I have available...and I find work-time greatly interrupting my ham activities.

Today, I should be getting my 'parts rig' for the 813 setup.
Getting the 2x813 amp with power supply.
Gent lived in New Bern, NC was an eccentric hermit...now Silent Key.

I'll be taking pictures both 'analog' and I'll try digital with my little toy camera.

Guys, this is a pretty big job for me.
Your continuing generous help is Greatly appreciated.
