Hello Phil,
    Sounds great!  I purchased the items to get the toilet working.  I will have to get the correct new elbow for the sink.  I could not get a replacement plug.
    Yesterday we checked the heat.  There is some sort of problem.  The oil is not spraying into the fire chamber.  I have placed a call for service and to schedule oil delivery.
