[NJARC] April Radio Activities

Just returned from the Spring Meet in the Carolinas at Charlotte, NC.  
Had a good time as usual.
There are several significant radio/TV events in April in addition to 
our club activities, thought I would make sure that you were aware of them.
This Saturday, April 3rd there is a large radio auction in Emmaus, PA by 
Skinners Auction Co.  There are about 100 radios and other goodies.  
Emmaus is a little south of Allentown and the auction starts at 10:00 
(there are other non radio items in the auction).  More info at

The 24th is a real busy day as Smith Auction Co. has a large radio 
auction at the Friendship Fire Co.1 in Morgantown, PA.  Morgantown is a 
little west of Philadelphia.  The web site <www.smithauctionco.com> has 
photos and directions.  Looks like a great auction with 75 microphones 
and other nice stuff.
April 24th also has another large Estes auction in Seville, Ohio and the 
Early TV Convention will be held in the Columbus, Ohio area on the 24th 
& 25th.  Check the appropriate web sites.
Decisions, decisions!! Cannot be in all these places at one time.
