[NJARC] Resistors

Hi Steve,
For the purpose of the clinics we only need some resistors to  help in 
diagnosing problems. Once we get the set going, the owner can get the correct piece 
later.
I don't think we need that many resistors. The high wattage, low ohms ones 
used in power supplies are often needed. As to out of tolerence old ones. I  
would just measure them and use them appropriately. If I needed for example a 33K 
I would use an old one of say... 27K that had gone up in value to around 30 
or so. I have a box full of NOS dogbone type resistors Most  of them under 10K 
are still within tolerence.
