[NJARC] Club Auctions

Greetings all, I'd like to make a suggestion if I may about club auctions. 
Can we go back to using bidder cards? We did this one meeting and it seamed to 
work well. Doing this will help the treasurer keep track of who bids on what so 
the money can be collected from the bidder after. Also maybe it might help if 
the person selling could make a list of what he or she is selling at auction 
before the meeting so it can be posted in the reflector. This also was done 
previously.  One last thing is maybe the auctioneer holds the item bided on 
until the auction is over and the person pays the treasurer and then picks up the 
item(s). That way no one just walks out without paying. I was told by one 
member that actually happened at Fridays meeting.

Just a suggestion.
