Greetings,
Well, I agree that the club is viable but the jury is still out on term
limits. Nothing like shooting oneself in the foot by limiting the
ability of leadership to lead by using time as the sole criteria. Our
club founder was experienced in clubs. If "term limits" was important to
the health of NJARC, then he would have written it into the constitution.

If the club is a "living entity", then it doesn't matter who leads. The
Club will develop in a direction dictated by the active membership. If
the majority of the remaining membership is satisfied with the progress
of the club, then what is the problem? As for new ideas, they can always
be proposed from the floor, voted on by the membership present at that
meeting and a committee formed. Takes about five minutes!

All I have seen on this reflector about the current leadership is sniping
and innuendo. No one has said what is really on their mind. I suggest
that those who are dissatisfied with the current direction of the club do
the right thing and run for office.

Regards from Arkansas,
Jim
