Friends:
The main objective of club officials is to seek, implement and manage all
affairs to the maximum benefit of the club members.
Whether the method is via term limits or other means...rotation of elected
officials brings in new persons with new ideas and new methods with creative
solutions focused solely upon the overall advancement of club stature, freshness
and vitality.
Rotation does not automatically mean a diminishment of current agenda or
performance.
However and most importantly - the club's health rests entirely upon the
participation of each and every individual to the extent of his/her interest.
A fine example, just the other night, was Mr. Goodwin's thoughtfulness in
bringing in his light bulb tester for all to see.
In this context, the question is: can new officials generate club advancement
?
Sincere regards,
Stephen Tetorka
