Spoke with Jim Tannenbaum last week and they are still very much  in
business. WIth Alice and Mike relocated to Arizona, and Jim, having found
gainful employment in the computer field, his wife Ellen is now in charge
at the shop. Handling the manuals alone is a big chore for just one person,
so Tannenbaum decided to bail on the tubes and parts departments. Estes is
auctioning the stuff off in August. A second Estes auction in September
will include the last of Mike's radio collection.
In the July issue of ARC you'll notice that Tannenbaum's changed their
advertising to address the change.
