Hi Dean,

Count on replacing all the electrolytic and paper caps.  The 
latter may be incorporated in tar-sealed capacitor blocks, a 
minor challenge.  I'd replace the caps BEFORE I turned it on 
again.  Parts available at club meetings at reasonable cost.
