Marsha & others make some good points.  We should encourage others to 
join in the club leadership, make sure all members understand the duties 
of the leaders and make the election a bit more formal.  To leave it to 
a simple statement "that all incumbents are willing to continue to 
serve" and then passing that with a floor vote inhibits other input.  
Let's have a slate of candidates (even thought they may be incumbents) 
and have a printed ballot with more formal voting even if no one else 
choses to run..  I believe DVHRC does it that way.  Glad to hear the 
positive comments and encouragement to keep making the club better.
