[NJARC] Club liability if someone get's injured, shocked or worse?

I was just wondering about the liability if someone get's injured, shocked 
or worse?

Does the club have an insurance policy that will protect us and the member 
who helps repair a set owned by those who are not members?

As we all know, once the radio leaves our sight, anything can happen.  For 
instance, someone could go home with an ACDC set and get their socks 
knocked off.  What if they sue?

Perhaps we should have a hold-harmless agreement for those seeking help to 
sign.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for helping - I just think we should be 
protected, the club and the good-samaritan member.
