For those who asked about the format for the books from Sarnoff,
here is Marsha's reply;
=20
=20

Jerry and I left the meeting before the format was discussed so I don't =
know what was said but=20
I would be very happy with the following:=20

Comma delimited text file in the following order=20
Author,Title,Year=20
for Author(last name or last name" "first name or last name" =
"initial(s))=20
for Title(exact title of book-do not abbreviate)=20
for Year(Year of publication of this copy)=20

No additional punctuation between the commas except a dash is OK if part =
of author's name or within the title=20
For multiple authors use an "&"=20
For first name and/or initials, just use a space and the name or =
initials, no additional commas or periods=20
Do not use all upper case letters=20
Each record should be on its own line=20
Examples:=20
Hunt,Electricity for Today,1943=20
Hunt & Smith,Electricity for Today-A New Theory,1944=20
Hunt James & Smith RE,Electricity for Today,1950=20

My email is [email protected]=20

Thanks=20
Marsha=20
