[NJARC] radio repair

Hi,
I am not a radio collector but acquired a Motorola H500 SW radio.  It does 
not work, turns on but cannot get any reception.  Looking to find a place in the 
Edison, NJ area to find a tube tester and to see if one of the tubes are bad. 
 Also, is there anyone reputable who does repair work in my area that can 
help me if I cannot find the problem.
