[NJARC] The NG 1969 chip

The chip designed to simulate the sound of a phomograph record has been the 
subject of much discussion.  Information seems to be unavailable.

Did this start on or about April 1st?  Thake your own sense of humor being an 
electron dude and add some creativity and ????
