To all,
Ray has done a great job with Info Age and has keep us up to date over the
past couple of years. All we need to know, now, is that -- our presence is
required. Everyone on this list has read his reports with the possible
exception of a couple of the newer list members. The earlier postings are
available on our archives web page.

What we need to do is to get as nearly 100% support from our members as we
can. We need to load up the meeting room. We need to bring cameras of all
kinds and record the entire meeting. We need to be a little obnoxious (a
little).
Most of all, we need to attend. Info Age is too good of a thing to miss;
and once it's gone - It's gone.
So set aside the 27th of April. Get all of your friends to come with
you. Let's fill the room to over capacity.
Phil -- please insure that our newsletter is loaded with information about
going to the meeting. Make sure there is a map to the location (as it's
not that easy to find.) Dump the rest of the newsletter items to insure
the message of the importance of attending the meeting.
At our next meeting (April) make sure this subject is fully discussed.
If you know we are bringing, say 100 people, please send a registered
letter to the chairman telling him so. This will insure our members get
admitted, even if the room is overflowing. Perhaps they will move the
meeting; this letter will insure we're notified of the move. (It's their
responsibility to provide a room suitable for the amount of public attending.)

Last - to all - see if you can get some other radio clubs to attend or send
representatives, including the local ham clubs from that area. The ham
club that is associated with Info Age should also attend. Ray, can you
contact them? Or let me know who the contact is, and I will contact them.
