Five years ago I had ordered and received a driver from M. Harold 
Ezzone.  I still haven't installed it, but it is well made with a 
housing of aluminum.  It is a direct replacement and comes with adapter 
if the original threaded ring is broken off.  I don't know how close it 
looks to original.
