I don't think so.  The 211 has a 10 volt 3.25 amp filament.  Best check 
of filaments is to light them up at rated voltage, AC or DC.  If they 
glow properly and do not burn out you're probably OK.  If they light for 
an instant and then burn out it's probable that the tube has "gone to 
air" or lost its vacuum in which case it would never be any good.
