John Dilks has an interesting proposition.  I've had several other Marti 
radios with their "engine turned" aluminum decorating panels and they 
are spectacular display items especially those that have Kellogg tubes.  
If any decision is made on his proposal, I would donate my spare cabinet 
which I think is in better shape and whatever knowledge I have 
accumalated on the tuning mechanism.  Imagine, a "digital tuning dial" 
in the late 20's.  What an eye catcher on display and it's from New 
Jersey.  Price may be steep, I paid $250.00 for mine, w/o tubes, at an 
auction where there was only one other dedicated radio collector in 
competition and this radio has $200.00 worth of tubes in it.  Still, 
when will you see another - - -
