Hello to all,
       I have a Philco Signal Generator that I recently found. It is a=20
battery unit with a single 1C6 tube. It is in very nice condition with a br=
ass=20
face that is cleaning up very well. The problem is that I can't find anythi=
ng on=20
early Philco test equipment. It doesn't even have a model number or anythin=
g=20
to identify it, inside or out.
       This unit measures 10" wide on the face, 6" deep, and 7" high. It ha=
s=20
a leather carry strap on top. There is a 5 scale sweep dial that is 6=BD" a=
t=20
the base with a chrome loop with a center line for an indicator. There are=20=
2=20
dials, one each on the top left and right side of the face. The on/off sw i=
s=20
on the left side of the face and there are 3 terminals (Gnd, Med., and High)=
 on=20
the right side of the face.=20
        So if this has piqued your interest, I would be happy to bring it to=
=20
the next meeting for a closer examination, but in the meantime, if anyone ha=
s=20
any ideas/information on identification of early Philco test equipment, plea=
se=20
let me know. =20

Thanks.
