[NJARC] an idea to increase membership

I quite agree Don, I have been a member myself for the past two years and 
while I know the basicts of electronic circutes enouphe to get by with most 
repairs there are still some things I don't fully grasp. I think a training session 
would be great as a recap of sorts because some of us tend to forget some 
things down the line.
