[NJARC] an idea to increase membership

I am a recent club member, and a newbie to this hobby.  I'm sure there are 
hundreds if not thousands that the appeal of the radios is quite nostalgic.  
To cut to the case, most of this group, doesn't even have a basic grasp of 
electronics, reading a schematic, etc.  The repair clinics are great but so 
few. which i think if promoted correctly would be a great pull for new 
members. The repair clinic that i attended was great, but the person that 
was assigned to me, had to spend most of his time helping others.  And it 
took an almost full 7 hours to get the radio working.    What if the club 
had a basic intro repair class a few times a year?  spread the knowledge, 
get more members, and hopefully keep the members.
