Although official transfer of the property is still in limbo, the board 
has decided to charge on and intensify our activities in spite of 
bureaucratic foot dragging.  One member is working on revising the 
by-laws and setting up a more formal organization and also expanding the 
board to bring on more fund raising potential.  The other members were 
very impressed with the work that NJARC has accomplish so far at cottage 
#2.  (Report on latest work day to follow).  Henceforth, the board will 
meet monthly, generally on the 3rd Tuesday.  A monthly newsletter is 
also planned starting in August and we will periodically be asked for 
input.  As you may know, Fred has tried to keep cottage #1 open on 
Sunday afternoons by manning it himself.  This is not always possible 
and he is going to away in July and we feel that it is important to set 
regular hours so that it can be advertised.  Therefore, the 
participating groups will be asked to provide personnel on a rotating 
basis to man the cottage on Sunday afternoons.  For us right now, that 
will mean supplying an attendant every three or four weeks from 1:00 PM 
to 4:00 PM.  Infoage material and briefing will be provided to those who 
take on this duty and it will provide an opportunity to" toot our 
horn".  I'll be looking for volunteers soon.  Incidentally, at the board 
meeting, a rather nice Atwater Kent 40 with E type speaker was donated 
to Infoage and I offered to have it checked out at the next repair 
clinic so that it could made operational in cottage #1.
