I don't have any replacement parts, but I have had very good
results sending old speakers to The Speaker Exchange down
in Tampa, FL.  They aren't cheap but they do excellent work.

One of their repairs for me was a speaker from a Crosley model 158
that they did last November.  It sounds great.
