So what kind of amp are you running, that requires 300B's?  :-)

Let's see, @ $900 per tube, which should last about 3 years - why that's 
less than a buck a day per tube.

Remind me to tell you about the pile of WE tubes I turned down a few years 
ago, and they were free.
