Owen,
Last summer we held this event in conjunction with a repair clinic open to
the public, which I think is also the case in Jan.
For exhibits, Phil pulled out the stops with his 45 players, the Simkins
displayed an array of radio-associated memorabilia, Scott Marshall demonstrated
and played his theremin, Dave Abramson installed the TK-51 camera and we lit up
the TVs, and Al Klase gave two talks and provided a huge assortment of hands-on
electrical and electronic demos.
So we're looking for specialty displays--transistors, plastics, crystal
sets, vacuum tube collections and testers, etc.--for a historically or
technically curious public.
The David Sarnoff Radio Club is ham-oriented, meets in Sarnoff's Lounge next
to the Auditorium; see here.
    cheers,
Alex
