Gary,

You forgot to add in the cost of 6 or so - (so-called) - board members who,
I'm told, get free rooms year after year, and the cost of that huge suite
enjoyed by some of the board and their selected friends, where they have
food and deserts brought in. (When I was a so-called, unelected, board
member - I wasn't invited to the suite. In fact I didn't even know about
it, it was a secret. The only way I found out, was, a long-time board
member drug me in there at 10 PM one night. You should have seen the dirty
looks that board member received from the "elite" because I was there.)

The costs of these "perks" for the "elite" add many dollars to your room
fees, and to the overall convention costs.

Could this be the reason they stay at that location? Remember when Fizette
refused to allow me to see the detail bills from the motel, when I
asked? And the rest of the (so-called, unelected) board kept quiet and
allowed Fizette to get away with it. Then they changed the procedures, and
I was removed from the board by eliminating my name from the proxy. They
sure taught me a lesson, and you lost you voice.

When members are not allowed to nominate members to the board, and are not
allowed the right of free elections, and are not provided with, nor allowed
to vote on bylaws, this is what you get.

When members sit by and allow this to happen, this is what you get.

John, I've said all of this before.
