Hello;

I turned up your name in a web search with respect to vintage
radio/televisions. While it seems your club, "NJARC" is obviously
directed more towards the vintage radio hobby, I thought I would pass
along the following information.
I am not involved in the vintage radio/television hobby, (vintage =
bicycles
for me) but this morning while on a bicycle ride, I saw a vintage
television set that had been put out for trash pick-up. The set is a
console Stromberg-Carlson from what appeared to me, to be from the =
1940's
to early 50's. (it wasn't take by the trash pick-up). The set is in ok
condition and seems to have all parts, including tubes and other
internals. The set also had an integrated phonograph in a console =
drawer.

The set in on the curb on Dalewood Road in West Caldwell, NJ.
Perhaps this may be of interest to one of your local members or someone
you are familiar with in the hobby.

e-mail me with any questions.
