[NJARC] AWA report from Robert Lozier, via CC-AWA

Classic instransigence in an old organization is somewhat common but what 
amazes me is AWA continues to shrink yet the instransigence continues stronger 
than ever. Its hard not to appear disrepectful and wonder if the old timers who 
run it simply are too selfish to allow change because it wont matter after 
they (and AWA) are gone...
