Subject: Representation at the Atlantique City Show

The Association of Collecting Clubs, ACC, is partnering with the Atlantique 
City Antiques and Collectibles Show October 18-19, 2003. The Atlantique 
City Antiques and Collectibles Show is the world's largest indoor show.

We will be staffing a large booth throughout the duration of the October 
18-19 show in Atlantic City, NJ with the sole purpose of promoting 
collecting clubs to the thousands of show visitors. The show management is 
providing the space to help clubs gain more visibility with their large 
show audience. ACC will design and create the booth space, promote it and 
staff it.

We would like New Jersey Antique Radio Club to participate in this major event.

What do you need to do? The first thing you need to do is let us know as 
soon as possible that your organization would like to be represented. You 
will then need to send us approximately 150-200 promotion leaflets or 
membership recruitment pieces for your organization, if you have them, to 
the address listed below. There is no charge and you do not need to provide 
any people to help staff the booth.

would like to have a good, balanced representation of collecting areas.

We can provide further details when we hear from you. This is a wonderful 
opportunity to get some great exposure!

admission tickets to each participating club,
