[NJARC] Sparton Radio Schematic Question

Sorry to bother everyone with this, but I am looking for a schematic for a 
Sparton (Sparks Withington) Model 15.   I had to reformat my computer and my 
address book didn't make the transition.

There are 3 parts that I can't seem to identify and I hope that a schematic 
would be helpful.  Aaron, if you receive this, do you happen to have this in 
your files?  If not, any suggestions?    
 
Just to clarify this a bit more, this is a console radio, AM only.  (8 tubes)
