[NJARC] country belle phone

i'm new to this and just picked up an old tube novitely radio phone. its
called the country bell. it was doa. i pulled the tubes cleaned them and
reseated them, and bingo it works!!! only problem is the tunning string is
off. it is attached to the inside of a pulley wheel and the other end is
just hanging with a spring at the end. does anyone know how to restring
this? thanks for all your help.
