That console is not shown in the "...Pre-War Consoles" book.  To me, it appears to be from the early 30's.  "Radio Collector's
Guide" by McMahon lists different models in 1932 (none earlier), but no console.  Rider's list schematics in Vol. 4 and 5
covering a period of 1932 to 1934.  A tube line up would be helpful in narrowing it down.
