[NevadaARES] Outpost: v2.0.4, Training material

Hello Outpost users,

The training material is now available
(www.CupertinoARES.org/projects/outpost).  You will find a .pdf file with a
complete overview of Outpost.  This may be an easier read instead of plowing
through the 100+ pages of the user guide and updates the training material
with the v2.0 and v2.0.4 content.

Also, a version of these slides are available in Microsoft PowerPoint for
localization.  The screen shots are a lot cleaner in this file, and may make
a good starting point for developing a local training package.
