[NevadaARES] Outpost: v2.0.4 is now available

Hello Outpost Users,

Version 2.0.4 is now available on the Outpost website...
www.CupertinoARES.org/projects/outpost.

Outpost 2.0.4 is an UPDATE to the existing v2.0 release.  This means that,
if you are interested in its features, you do not need to uninstall and
re-install Outpost v2.0 to take advantage of the 2.0.4 features.  Just unzip
the download file, and copy the files into your existing Outpost directory.
See the Readme file for details.

V2.0.4 is not a mandatory update.  However, the following are some
highlights of what v2.0.4 offers...

1.  Enhanced NTS features

2.  Support for the Sally and N0ARY BBSs (limited testing, need feedback!)

3.  Other general enhancements and fixes as reported by Outpost users.  See
the Readme file

details.

The user documentation is still in progress and several days away.  I'll
send out a note to the group once it is available.

Thanks to the folks who submitted some great ideas for the new features!  As
