[NevadaARES] NEW Tonopah IRLP Node 3396

Tonopah, NV now has a full time IRLP node 3396. Thanks
to Pat KE7GDS for hosting the node and for the
installation help of Dave KE7LC and Bruce K7LAF.

The node should cover most of Tonopah and areas west
and north along US 95 and US 6. Coverage should 
roughly be about the same as Echolink node K7LAF
(about 45 miles)
