[NevadaARES] NEW "NV Section Net" on IRLP/Echolink

The ARRL Nevada Section has added a new "NV Section
Net," on IRLP/Echolink. 

The net can be heard in Elko, Reno/Carson City,
Minden, Pahrump and Clark County on the Echolink
NV-GATE Conference Node (152566) and IRLP Western
Reflector Channel 8, Node 9258. 

This net is held twice a month on the 2nd and 4th
Saturday's of the month. When there are 5 Saturday's
in the month the net can be heard on the 3rd and 5th
Saturday's of that month.

The net time is 0830 local immediately following the
NV Section ARES Net on 75M (3965). 

The net is open to anyone to discuss amateur radio
related activities in the State. In general most
discussions have been related to ARES and 6M. Future
topics will include EMCOMMWEST, NAB, WinLink, and
digital voice modes. 

Check your local area for repeaters linking to IRLP or
Echolink to participate. Anyone using Echolink
software can join the net by connecting to NV-GATE
Conference Node.

In Clark County the net can be heard on NARRI repeater
447.00 (100pl) and 146.46 (123pl). It can also be
heard on the WADG and W7DI repeaters in Reno/Carson
City, 146.46 simplex in Pahrump and the W7LKO repeater
in Elko.
