[NevadaARES] Tower Available

Good Evening Everyone -

I have decided not to put up the tower I have had for two years
on the ground.  It is a 55-ft, steel 3-section tubular tower made
by US Towers.  It includes the tilt-over base and a new set of
1" x 36" anchor bolts and all other hardware.  The tower is a
late 80's vintage and is in excellent condition with no damage.

I have a Rohn 25 40-ft tower that I have decided to use instead
since it will lend itself better to installation next to the house.

I would be interested in trading the tower and base for some-
thing you may have to offer rather than sell it outright.  At this 
time, I am most interested in a Pentium laptop computer with
a CD-ROM and floppy disk drive, good battery and power pack.
I would will consider a dual-band VHF/UHF radio capable of 
cross-band repeat.  I am open to consider other things as well
including cash so, if you're interested, let me know and make
me an offer.  I should be home most of this weekend if you are
interested in seeing the tower.  You will have to arrange your
own transportation as I do not have capability of doing that.  It
will require a long auto-hauler trailer or a truck with a 20-ft bed
to move.  The tower itself is about 400# and the base is about
250#.  I will pass along my address and directions to my home
to those interested.
