Actually, the key is not just the ham bands, but to point out that the 
FCC has established an openness in listing frequencies, and it is 
ludicrous to think that a State agency can control a Federal agency's 
release of information.

And of course, you are correct about others publishing data. Even my 
book, "The Scannerist" lists Nevada and even Area 51 frequencies. and 
it's for the Indian Wells Valley, 90 miles West of Death Valley, CA.

Are they going to extradite me??
