Briefly changing the subject, I found out today that there is another
legislator/ham besides Sen. Coffin and myself. He is Garn Mabey, who, like
me, represents the Summerlin area (district 2) in the assembly.

If the Governor declares the publishing or listening to be "confidential"
you are SOL. A misdemeanor. A document can be construed to be a book of
freq listings such as published by Radio Shack and others available at AES,
et al. And, you don't even have to be intending to terrorize.

Squeak notified me of your concern. In looking at the amended AB441 Sec.
21 I see the desire to restrict the availability of *documents* specifying
sensitive frequencies. I don't see any attempt to prevent the listening to
these frequencies. What am I missing?
