PAUL:
WHATEVER HAPPENS TO NNARS, WE STILL NEED THAT "COMMON POINT" BETWEEN THE =
A.R.E.S. GROUPS IN EACH COUNTY FOR AT LEAST (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
1) ENCOURAGE INDIVIDUAL GROUP TRAINING
2) ENCOURAGE AND FACILITATE MUTUAL AID NEEDS/REQUESTS.
3) INTER-COUNTY TRAINING TO FACILITATE MUTUAL AID REQUIREMENTS DURING =
TIMES OF ACTUAL EMERGENCIES.
4) SHAREING OF INDIVIDUAL COUNTY GROUP EXPERIENCES SO AS TO GIVE OTHER =
COUNTIES IDEAS FOR DOING THEIR OWN COUNTY MISSIONS BETTER.
