[NevadaARES] Fallon Power Outage-Update

Reports from Fallon indicate some of the power has been restored
to surrounding areas as SPPCO continues working to replace the
distribution tower.

As there has been no calls for assistance from Fallon EM or the
Red Cross, I am cancelling the standby alert at this time.  If the
power outage becomes prolonged and we are requested to assist
with communications, a new call will go out at that time.  Thanks
to all who monitored their radios this morning.
