[NevadaARES] Saturday Activities

Hello All,

Reminders about events coming up on Saturday:

1.  The SNARS-sponsored ARRL VE team will be giving amateur radio exams at 
10 A.M.  Location for these exams will be the V.A. Medical Center, 1000 
Locust Street in Reno, classroom MG-10.

2.  Following the exams, the radio station at the V.A. will be opened and 
operating.  Anyone interested is welcome to come by, see the station, and 
operate.  We will have the station in operation until approximately 12:30.

3.  At 12:30, back in classroom MG-10, I will be presenting training on the 
National Traffic System and message handling.  Again, everyone interested 
is welcome to attend; this topic is of general interest to all 
amateurs.  Additionally, this will provide instruction and practice for 
ARES members in advance of a drill scheduled for the evening of February 26.

Talk-in for all these events will be on the 146.610 repeater.
