NTS/FORMAL TRAFFIC HANDLING INSTRUCTION

Training for operators interested in learning or furthering the skill of 
handling message traffic via amateur radio will be conducted on Saturday, 
February 15.  This training session will begin at approximately 12:30 P.M. 
local and last for about two hours.  Topics will include the structure of 
the National Traffic System, the standard ARRL Radiogram message form, and 
message handling techniques/procedures.  This training is open to all 
interested amateurs and is free of charge.  The location for this training 
will be the V.A. Medical Center in Reno, 1000 Locust Street, Classroom 
MG-10.  The amateur radio station at the V.A. will be open prior to the 
session from approximately 11:30 A.M. until the start of the training 
session; all interested are welcome to stop in, see the station, and 
operate with us.  Talk in frequency will be 147.12+/P.L. 123.0.  For
