[NevadaARES] SKYWARN Recognition Day - Las Vegas

Las Vegas Regional SKYWARN is set to go for 2003
SKYWARN Recognition Day. This year our set up will be 
from the LVRAC Communications Trailer at the Las Vegas
NWSFO. 

Our start time will again be at 0800 local time. Many
of our ARES/SKYWARN members will be attending the
LVRAC Holiday party the night before. The trailer will
be operational on all bands. We do plan to use IRLP
again this year linked with Eastern IRLP reflector
9210 and using Kent's W7AOR alternate VHF node for
Echolink and other IRLP contacts. We'll also have APRS
running as well. 

Thanks to KTNV Channel 13's Nate Tannenbaum for
announcing SKYWARN Recognition Day on the newscast and
listing it on his Las Vegas Review Journal weather
column. 

Our callsign is WX7LAS. Hope to hear from everyone in
the NV Section on Saturday!
