[NevadaARES] NNARS EmComm EC-001 Class

Good Evening Everyone -

This is a reminder that the Northern Nevada Amateur Radio Services, Inc.
Level-I EmComm class starts next Sunday afternoon October 5th, at 1:00
PM at the VA Medical Center, classroom MG-13.

If you have not signed up for the class, please do so by contacting Paul
Cavnar, NN7B, at: nn7b@arrl.net or Matt Parker, N7TOD at: n7tod@arrl.net.

Cost for the course is $8.00.  You must order the course book from ARRL
for $10.00.  The final review and testing session will be held on November
3rd.  Cost for the exam is $10.00.  We will be offering all three levels of
exam at that time and will only have a few additional available for walk-in
examinees.  If you are not taking the Level-I course but, would like to take
one or more of the exams, please advise me of this by October 20th as I
will need to order materials.
